Pheochromocytoma is a rare tumor of the adrenal medulla, responsible for excessive secretion of catecholamines. Symptoms include the classic triad: headache, palpitations and sweating, usually accompanied by hypertension. We report the case of a pheochromocytoma diagnosed following an episode of testicular necrosis.
